The launch of the Vivo X70 series is scheduled for September 9, the company announced on Monday. There are rumors that the series has the regular Vivo X70, as well as the Vivo X70 Pro and the Vivo X70 Pro+. Vivo also released some images of the Vivo X70 Pro + that show its Zeiss optics and leather trim on the back. Vivo X70 Pro+ also seems to have a curved screen and at least Black and Orange color options. Vivo brought out the X60 series earlier this year.
Vivo X70 series release date
Vivo announced the launch date of the Vivo X70 series in China on Weibo. It will take place at 7:30 pm CST Asia (5:00 pm IST) on September 9th. The company also posted teaser images – particularly of the Vivo X70 Pro + – on its Chinese website which shows the configuration of its quad rear camera with periscope lenses. The phone also appears to have Zeiss lenses and a leather back. A matte finish back design would also be available alongside the leather back finish.
In addition to the Vivo X70 Pro+, there are rumors that the Vivo X70 series has the regular Vivo X70 and Vivo X70 Pro. All three phones can feature 120 Hz AMOLED displays.
Vivo X70 series price in India (expected)
Along with the launch in China, the Vivo X70 series is expected to launch in India later this month. A recent report also suggested that the Vivo X70 Pro+ would hit the Indian market at a price of Rs. 70,000, while the Vivo X70 Pro would cost around Rs. 50,000.

Vivo X70 Pro+ reportedly appeared on the Google Play Console with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, along with 8GB of RAM. There are rumors that the phone has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ screen (1080x, 2400 pixels). Vivo X70 Pro, on the other hand, is recommended to have a 6.5-inch full-HD+ screen (1,080x, 2,376 pixels). Both phones can carry curved screens with a perforation design. Additionally, Vivo is speculated to bring the vanilla Vivo X70 with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC.
