The launch of the Vivo X70 series is just days away and the vanilla Vivo X70 was seen at TENAA before the launch. Even the Vivo X70 Pro+, the most premium model in the series, was also seen on the Chinese certification website. The listing offers a glimpse of the possible specs for both smartphones, leaving very little to the imagination. This happened just a day after the Vivo X70 Pro was located at TENAA as well. The smartphones are ready to be launched in China on September 9th.
Vivo X70 specifications (expected)
TENAA has listed the Vivo X70 with model numbers V2132A and V2133A. The listings have identical specs apart from the processor, suggesting that the Vivo X70 can be offered in two CPU variants. The V2132A is listed to be powered by a 2.8GHz octa-core SoC, paired with 6GB, 8GB and 12GB RAM options. The V2133A model is listed to be powered by a 3.0GHz octa-core SoC, paired with 8GB and 12GB RAM options.
In addition, the TENAA list for models V2132A and V2133A have identical specifications. The two phones measure 160.10 x 75.39 x 7.55 mm and weigh 181 grams. They are listed to feature 6.58-inch (1080×2,376 pixels) AMOLED full-HD screens and offer 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage options. Both phones are expected to run on Android 11 and will likely integrate fingerprint sensors into the screen.
The Vivo X70 may feature a 32 megapixel selfie camera and a triple rear camera configuration that will likely include a 40 megapixel main camera and two additional 12 megapixel sensors. Both phones support 8K video recording. Lastly, Vivo X70 is recommended to pack a 4,320mAh battery with fast charging support.

It’s likely to have a larger 6.78-inch AMOLED screen (1,440×3,200 pixels) and is listed to be powered by a 3.0GHz octa-core SoC. Previous leaks suggest this could be the Snapdragon 888+ SoC . The list states that the Vivo X70 Pro+ can pack 8GB, 12GB RAM options and 256GB, 512GB storage options. It’s likely to work on Android 11 and may also embed a fingerprint sensor on the screen.
TENAA’s list suggests that the Vivo X70 Pro+ may have a quad camera configuration on the back comprising a 50 megapixel main camera, a 40 megapixel secondary camera and additional 12 megapixel and 8 megapixel sensors. This list suggests that the Vivo X70 Pro+ may have a similar 32-megapixel selfie camera on board. It is tilted to support 5G and packs a 4,430 mAh battery with support for fast charging.
The listings haven’t published photos of the phones yet. However, renderers leaked extensively from both the Vivo X70 and Vivo X70 Pro+ models. These are designed to have a perforated screen design. The Vivo X70 Pro+ is expected to have a Mi 11 Ultra type rear camera module design.
