The iPhone 13 series can be released on September 17th, next generation AirPods on September 30th

The iPhone 13 series was announced for release on September 17th and the third generation AirPods were due for release on September 30th. there’s been rumors too – iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 13 mini. Next-gen AirPods have been listed as AirPods 3, but it’s unclear whether that will be the ultimate marketing name.

Several leaks in the past have mentioned the September launch of the iPhone 13 series, which is typically when Apple launches its new iPhone models, although last year the iPhone 12 series faced a delay due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This time, an exact date for the iPhone 13 series was leaked and according to a screenshot of an e-commerce app shared by informant Panda is bald (translated) on Weibo, the iPhone 13 series will be revealed on 17th September. lists all four models expected to be part of the series – iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 13 mini.

Interestingly, only the iPhone 13 model can be seen without any cover and shows what could be the Sunset Gold color with two rear cameras and a notch on the front.

The same image also suggests that AirPods 3 may be unveiled on September 30th and may come with IPX4 water resistance. It’s not clear what the final marketing name will be for the third-generation AirPods, as the previous two-generation models were simply called AirPods.

Also, no other information about the iPhone 13 series or AirPods was available. Recently, it was suggested that the iPhone 13 series would come with greater battery capacity and wider 5G support over existing models. It was also reported that the next series may face component shortages.
