Realme 8i, Realme 8s and Realme Pad are due out in India today (September 9th). While the two new Realme phones will come as an extension of the Realme 8 series, the Realme Pad will be the company’s first tablet. The company has confirmed that all three devices will be powered by MediaTek processors. The Realme 8i and Realme 8s will come with a perforated screen design. Along with the Realme 8i, Realme 8s and Realme Pad, Realme is also launching two portable Bluetooth speakers that it’s calling Cobble and Pocket.

Realme 8i, Realme 8s, Realme Pad price in India (expected)
The exact retail price of the Realme 8i in India has yet to be revealed. However, the informant Sudhanshu Ambhore recently tweeted that the phone could reach Europe for EUR 199 (about Rs. 17,300) for the 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant and EUR 219 (about Rs. 19,100) for the 4 GB RAM + 128 model GB of storage. Indian prices may be similar.
Rumor has also speculated that the Realme 8s could be launched in India with a starting price of Rs. 15,990. On the other hand, Realme Pad will be available from Rs. 19,999 for the 4G + Wi-Fi variant, according to informant Mukul Sharma.
Along with the new phones and tablets, Realme is launching the Realme Cobble and Pocket speakers which arrived in Malaysia in May at a price of MYR 99 (about Rs. 1800) and MYR 97 (about Rs. 1,700), respectively.
Realme 8i Specifications (expected)
The Realme 8i is confirmed to have a 6.6 inch screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 180 Hz touch sample rate. The screen also features a perforated design to accommodate a selfie camera sensor on the front. Furthermore, recent teasers have shown that the Realme 8i will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 SoC, along with up to 6GB of RAM. The phone will also feature Realme’s dynamic RAM expansion technology which will bring in 5GB of additional memory using internal storage for multitasking.
From the front optics, the Realme 8i is angled to have a triple rear camera configuration with a 50 megapixel primary sensor, along with two 2 megapixel sensors. The phone also has a 16 megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front.
It is rumored that the Realme 8i carries a 5,000 mAh battery with support for fast 18W charging. Also, the phone can come in Space Black and Space color options.
Realme 8s specifications (expected)
The Realme 8s features a MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 13GB of dynamic RAM expansion. The phone will also carry triple rear cameras and will come in Universe Blue and Universe Purple. In addition, the Realme 8s was touted to be 8.8 mm thick and 191 grams in weight.
Recent reports suggested the Realme 8s would feature a 64 megapixel primary camera and a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. It is rumored that the phone has a 5,000 mAh battery with support for fast charging 33W Dart Charge.
Realme Pad Specifications (expected)
The Realme Pad features a 10.4-inch WUXGA+ screen (2,000 x 1,200 pixels) with a screen-to-body ratio of 82.5 percent. The tablet will also come with MediaTek Helio G80 SoC and a 7.100mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. Recent teasers have shown that the Realme Pad will come with two cameras – one in the back and one in the front. Both cameras have an 8 megapixel sensor.
