Launch of Samsung Galaxy M32 5G in India on August 25 at 12pm; Amazon availability confirmed

The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G is due to launch in India on August 25th. Samsung launched the 4G variant of the Galaxy M32 in India in June and it comes with a massive 6,000 mAh battery. The 5G variant, however, will come with a smaller 5,000 mAh battery, as revealed by Amazon India’s dedicated page. The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G will also come with a quad rear camera configuration and a selfie camera slot.

In April, Samsung launched the Galaxy M42 5G expanding its range of 5G smartphones into the mid-range. Now, it has been announced that the next 5G smartphone in the series – Samsung Galaxy M32 5G – will be launched in India on August 25th at 12pm (noon). A dedicated Amazon page was also created, revealing some of the specs. The phone will be available for purchase in two colors from Samsung.com, Amazon and select retail stores.

Samsung Galaxy M32 5G Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G will feature a 6.5-inch HD + Infinity V screen and will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC. It will have a quad rear camera configuration topped by a 48 megapixel primary sensor. There will be a 13 megapixel selfie shooter on the front. The company also revealed that the phone will be backed by a 5,000 mAh battery and will come with Samsung’s built-in Knox Security. The Galaxy M32 5G will support 12 5G bands and will have two years of OS updates.

Last month, a supposed listing on Geekbench suggested 6GB of RAM and Android 11 for the Galaxy M32 5G. He also suggested the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC, which has not been confirmed. The 6GB RAM model is likely to be one of the configurations in which the phone is offered. There are also rumors that the Galaxy M32 5G will be a rebranded Samsung Galaxy A32 5G that was launched in the European market in January of this year.

The design of the upcoming Galaxy M32 5G also looks very similar to the Galaxy A32 5G and the specs revealed by Amazon also match those of the Galaxy A32 5G. If it’s really a renamed phone, the Galaxy M32 5G should feature an 8 megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 ultra wide angle lens, a 5 megapixel macro shooter with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2 megapixel Depth Sensor with f/2.4 lens. It can also support 15W fast charging and comes with surround support.
