Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones launched with Aware mode, battery life of up to 24 hours

The Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones were released with features such as Acoustic Noise Canceling, Aware Mode and a noise rejection algorithm for clearer call quality. The wireless headsets support Bluetooth v5.1 for long-range wireless connectivity and offer up to 24 hours of battery life. Acoustic noise cancellation technology uses tiny microphones hidden in headphones to continuously measure, compare and react to external noise. Aware mode allows some noise to come from the surroundings. Bose QuietComfort 45 has a lightweight design with faux leather earpads and glass-filled nylon headband to protect against drops and maintain its shape.

The new Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones are priced at $329 (about Rs. 24,000) in the United States. They are already on pre-sale through the company’s website and will start to be sold from September 23rd. Wireless headphones were introduced in Black and White Smoke color options.

The Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones weigh about 445 grams and come with support for Bluetooth v5.1, which offers a wireless connectivity range of up to 30 feet. The headband is made of glass-filled nylon for fall protection and each pivot point has a cast metal hinge for durability. The headphones are made of faux leather. Bose QuietComfort 45 supports acoustic noise cancellation technology to intelligently cancel external noise. Users can choose between two noise canceling modes – Silent Mode and Mindful Mode. Silent mode offers full noise cancellation while Aware mode turns on external microphones and feeds ambient sounds into headphones, allowing you to perceive ambient sounds such as cars and emergency vehicles. In comparison, Bose Noise Canceling 700 wireless headphones offer more personalization with 11 levels of noise cancellation.

Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones can provide up to 24 hours of battery life on a single charge. It comes with a USB Type-C charging port that takes about 2.5 hours to fully power up the device, and the company says 15 minutes of fast charging gives you up to 2.5 hours of playback. Bose also includes an audio cable for listening in wired mode. Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones come with TriPort acoustic architecture and volume-optimized active EQ to produce high-fidelity audio. The TriPort design vents the headphones to add depth and fullness, and the volume-optimized Active Equalizer boosts treble and bass to maintain the same hi-fi performance every time.

There are four external microphones for better voice pickup and a noise rejection algorithm filters out ambient sounds for clearer conversations. Bose QuietComfort 45 headsets pair with the Bose Music app, support voice assistance, and support multipoint technology for connecting to two devices at the same time.
