BenQ WiT ScreenBar, BenQ WiT ScreenBar Plus monitor lights launched in India

The BenQ WiT ScreenBar and BenQ WiT ScreenBar Plus monitor lights were launched in India to help those working at home due to the ongoing pandemic. The WiT ScreenBar line ensures zero reflective glare on the monitor, while also saving space. It only illuminates the 70 cm x 40 cm table area in front of the monitor. The BenQ WiT ScreenBar Plus has a dial to adjust brightness and temperature, while the BenQ WiT ScreenBar includes touch buttons. BenQ has introduced a patented clip and asymmetrical design to the WiT ScreenBar line, allowing it to fit perfectly on almost any screen, where it is able to provide ambient light directly above the monitor, reducing eyestrain and discomfort.

The new BenQ WiT Screenbar costs Rs. 9,990 while the BenQ WiT Screenbar Plus is priced at Rs. 12,990 in India. They will be available via Amazon, as announced by the company. However, the e-commerce site has not yet listed it. The devices come with a one-year shipping warranty.

BenQ WiT ScreenBar and BenQ WiT ScreenBar Plus ensure zero glare reflected on the screen without the use of a space-consuming lamp base. The monitor lights have an adjustable color temperature (2700K-6500K) to improve efficiency and comfort, and comply with the ANSI White 8 Quadrangle Color Temperature standard. The monitor lights have an asymmetrical design that allows them to fit on almost any screen, where they provide ambient light directly above the monitor, reducing eyestrain and discomfort.

BenQ WiT ScreenBar Plus has a dial for adjusting brightness and temperature, while the BenQ WiT ScreenBar includes touch buttons. Touch controls respond to a light touch to turn on/off, a longer touch to change brightness and color temperature, and a light touch to activate Auto Dimmer mode. When you turn on the light, the BenQ WiT ScreenBar restores the most recently used brightness and color temperature settings. There’s also an ambient light sensor that detects atmospheric light and automatically adjusts brightness and color. The company claims it can operate for 50,000 hours.
