Mumbai, Aug 11 (IANS) A Mumbai magistrate court Saturday remanded Sajjad Ahmed Mughal, a look-out indicted in a murder of 25-year-old lady counsel Pallavi Purkayastha to military control compartment Aug 17.
Mughal allegedly killed Purkayastha early Thursday by slitting her throat in an unit since she had rebuked him.
Mughal was presented before a justice court around noon, that remanded him to military control compartment Aug 17, crime bend officials said.
Mumbai Police had claimed to solve a box Friday. They pronounced that Purkayastha was murdered by Mughal and that it was a “premeditated act of perversion”.
Police will doubt Mughal serve and is also expected to book a confidence group that employed him underneath a Security Agencies Regulation Act.
