National Bedding nears $3 billion buyout

(Reuters) – Serta mattress builder National Bedding Co is expected to be bought by private-equity organisation Advent International for about $3 billion (1.9 billion pounds), the Wall Street Journal reported quoting people informed with a matter.

The Journal news pronounced it has not been reliable if a $3 billion understanding value includes debt.
