SHANGHAI (Dow Jones)–China’s shares ended flat Tuesday after a mixed trading session, as investors remained uncertain on the outlook for the stock market, and start-up companies listed on the ChiNext board dropped sharply amid concerns about delisting risks.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index, which tracks both A and B shares, ended flat at 2388.83 points after a choppy trading session. The index traded between 2350.40 and 2415.75. The Shenzhen Composite Index fell 0.9%, or 8.36 points, to 936.51.
